Add a bunch of hair at the base of the ear.
If you find it difficult to cut, it is often easier to leave the hair legs long and work with them, but sometimes it is easier to get the impression of the face if you take the plunge and shorten the length of the hair. Don't be afraid to make mistakes and try different things!
